Louis Gifford

Louis graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1981 and gained a Master of Applied Science from the University of South Australia in 1995. Louis has taught and lectured widely to physiotherapists and doctors in the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

He is well known nationally and internationally for his expertise in pain treatment and management. Louis has published extensively and has edited a series of successful books 'Topical Issues in Pain'.

In 2001 Louis was awarded a Fellowship by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Louis treats patients from all over the UK in his practice in Falmouth and continues to lecture and teach worldwide.

Louis is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC).

Philippa Tindle
BSc. BA. MCSP

Working in partnership with Louis at Falmouth Physiotherapy Clinic is Philippa Tindle.
She graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1981 and has worked both in the National Health Service and Private Practice in the UK and Australia.

Since 1997 Philippa has promoted 'moving for health', recognising that every individual has diff erent needs, goals and means of achievement.

Recently Philippa has set up the 'Personal Best' scheme at the clinic in conjunction with walking the way to health initiative.

Philippa is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC).

Louise Nicholettos

Louise graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy in 2006.

Since then she has specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and in particular Occupational health and Sports injuries.

She has worked with the Birmingham running and Triathlon club and Birmingham City Ladies football clubs providing Physiotherapy and rehabilitation to sports people of all levels including international competitors.

Louise’s areas of special interest include Acupuncture, Sport injuries, Occupational health and rehabilitation. In her spare time she enjoys Triathlon and ultra-distance running.

In 2009 she completed a 42-mile race and in 2010 she’s aiming to complete a 55-mile race along the Cornish coast path.

Louise is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC)
